  • Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

    We're seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing care to patients with complex medical needs in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions available.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    As an RN, you will provide direct patient care and supervise care team members to ensure quality outcomes.

    • Perform skilled nursing assessments and develop care plans
    • Administer medications, IV therapy, and wound care
    • Monitor vital signs and patient condition changes
    • Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers
    • Educate patients and families on care procedures
    • Supervise LPNs and CNAs providing direct care

    Requirements:

    Qualified candidates will have active RN licensure and home health experience.

    • Active Maryland State RN License
    • Minimum 1 year home health or acute care experience preferred
    • Current CPR/BLS certification
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health
